Aluminum Donuts from BJR

 

T6063 grade Aluminum tight radius donuts are used to gain a tighter radius bend than our mandrel-bent tube.

 

Primarily used for tight/compact installations, these donuts have a thick 2.5mm wall,

 

and are SOLD COMPLETE DONUT OUTER WELDED ONLY. They are suitable for welding, polishing, or coating.




Aluminum donuts are used to get tighter radius bending than our mandrel bending tubes.

Primarily intended for compact/compact installations, these donuts have a 2mm thick wall and are sold in half. They are suitable for welding, polishing or coating.

Perfect for custom cooling or exhaust systems that require tight bends and corners.

The doughnut can be cut to any degree of curvature.

Donuts are often used with regular U-bends and any other mandrel pipe.

Because the doughnut radius is so tight, wall thickness and durability are more consistent.

Note: the inner seam shall be welded after cutting.
